Research
Research grounded in real operating work
Our discovery work explores recurring administrative and coordination problems. Research participation is not a purchase, a product commitment or proof that an integration already exists.
Proposed capabilities—not a promise of a live connection. We check what is ready, your systems and staff approvals before each pilot. See the current research stage.
- Receive
A call, message or website enquiry starts the workflow.
- Understand
Language assistance clarifies intent; missing facts stay unknown.
- Check
Fixed rules check required details and what is allowed.
- Review
A person handles unusual requests and approves sensitive actions.
- Act
Only the agreed action runs through reviewed system access.
- Verify
Record the outcome and compare it with the original request.
AI proposes language. Rules and people authorize actions.
Restaurant operations
RestaurantOS research asks how ordering, kitchen coordination, fulfilment and customer communication fit together. The useful unit of analysis is an actual handoff: who receives it, what they need to know and how an exception is noticed. The restaurant-discovery survey helps identify these questions before a pilot is scoped.
- Describe tool categories and operational gaps without submitting customer records.
- Distinguish a daily pain point from an unusual exception.
- Treat proposed WhatsApp and website workflows as subject to system and access validation.
Veterinary-practice administration
ClinicOS research focuses on reception, enquiry handling, appointment administration, follow-up and management visibility in veterinary practices. It does not evaluate diagnosis, treatment or clinical triage. The clinic-discovery survey can be completed without sharing patient or client information.
- We need process descriptions, not copies of clinical records.
- Practice teams retain clinical judgement and escalation responsibility.
- No wider healthcare positioning or compliance claim follows from this survey.
How we handle uncertainty
Self-reported problems and estimates help frame a hypothesis; they are not verified outcomes. We distinguish what someone supplied, what we inferred and what still needs testing. Participation does not authorize a model or workflow to access the participant's software.
- No customer names, quotes or case results are published without permission.
- No aggregate research finding is claimed until its evidence and limitations are reviewed.
- Any future pilot evidence should describe method, sample, timeframe and exceptions.
