Website & discovery privacy notice
This notice explains how Akeel Systems, the operator of AkeelOS, handles information submitted through AkeelOS website enquiries, AI Automation Audits, RestaurantOS discovery, veterinary practice discovery, and the local AI Advisor assessment.
Effective 29 September 2026 · Privacy notice version 2026-09-29-v4AkeelOS website forms may ask for business contact information, company or operating characteristics, current systems and tools, workflow problems, automation goals, pilot interests, and optional notes you choose to provide. RestaurantOS discovery asks restaurant-specific operational questions; veterinary discovery asks about general practice workflows, not patient or client records. We record your consent and the privacy-notice version with your submission.
We use this information to understand your business problem, evaluate whether AkeelOS may be relevant, prepare for discovery conversations, assess product or pilot fit, improve our understanding of repeated operating problems, and contact you about the enquiry you submitted. A submission is not a contract, quote, or purchase commitment.
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, customer or employee records, order-level personal data, government identifiers, confidential credentials, protected health information, or other sensitive information. Early discovery should use business-process information only.
The current Advisor assessment runs in your browser session. It uses free-text clarification or structured business-process answers to prepare a screening report; the report and answers are not sent to an AI provider or lead destination. The shareable report omits your free-text answers, exact workload inputs, and contact details. If you explicitly consent and enter business contact details, you may download a separate local follow-up JSON candidate. That file stays on your device unless you choose to share it. No Growth Engine connection or remote AI model is enabled in this build. Do not enter customer, patient, employee, or other sensitive records into the Advisor.
Website enquiry and discovery responses are stored in hosted systems used for authorized AkeelOS business development, product discovery, and pilot evaluation. Access is limited to people and service providers who require the information for these purposes. Hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
We do not sell enquiry or discovery information. We may use service providers for hosting, security, communications, analytics, and business operations, or disclose information when required by law. Any future customer deployment involving additional systems, customer data, regulated information, or production access will require separate scope and appropriate safeguards.
Where enabled, Cloudflare Turnstile checks help distinguish legitimate form use from automated abuse. The verification provider may process browser and technical information for that purpose. Verification tokens are checked separately and are not included in the saved enquiry or discovery record. If verification is unavailable, the form will explain that it cannot accept a submission. This verification is separate from your consent to follow-up contact.
The current website build defines limited, anonymous conversion events for local verification and future measurement. These events use fixed page, button, form, and outcome categories. They do not include names, contact details, form answers, message contents, persistent visitor identifiers, cookies, or fingerprinting data. Our custom conversion events have no external destination. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled; its performance beacon is not intentionally loaded. No analytics transport is active. Hosting and security services process technical request information. Additional analytics collection will require a separate privacy and consent review before activation.
Website enquiry and discovery submissions are generally retained for up to 180 days after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is reasonably required for an active commercial or pilot conversation, a legal obligation, or a request you make. After that, the information will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practical.
Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. We use submitted information only for the purposes described here and will identify additional regional, contractual, privacy, or data-residency requirements before any production deployment that requires them.
You may ask to access, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask us not to contact you. Email hello@akeelos.com and include your submission reference number when available.
