This notice explains how Akeel Systems, the operator of AkeelOS, handles information submitted through AkeelOS restaurant and veterinary-clinic discovery surveys.

We use this information to evaluate product fit, understand repeated operating problems, contact you about discovery, and decide what AkeelOS should research or pilot. A submission is not a contract or purchase commitment.
What not to submit
Do not submit passwords, access tokens, payment-card information, customer, client, employee, animal-patient, clinical, prescription, or order-level records, confidential credentials, or other sensitive information. Discovery begins with general business-process information only.
Storage and access
Survey responses are stored in a hosted database used for AkeelOS discovery. Access is limited to people working on authorized AkeelOS product discovery and pilot evaluation. Hosting and security providers may process technical information needed to deliver and protect the service.
Sharing
We do not sell survey information. We may use service providers for hosting, security, communications, and business operations, or disclose information when required by law. A pilot involving additional systems or data will require separate written scope and safeguards.
Retention
Discovery submissions are retained for up to 180 days after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for an active pilot conversation, a legal obligation, or a request you make. After that, the response will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably practical.
International processing
Hosting and service providers may process information outside your country. We use the information only for the purposes described here and will define any additional regional or contractual requirements before a live customer deployment.
Your choices
You may ask to access, correct, or delete your discovery submission, or ask us not to contact you. Email akeelosofficial@gmail.com and include your survey reference number when available.
