Website and product release notes
Website publication, a tested component and a customer-ready product are different milestones. These notes describe their boundaries rather than treating every interface change as a product launch.
- Minimize
Start with process descriptions, not private customer records.
- Validate
Treat visitor text and provider output as untrusted.
- Constrain
Limit allowed tasks, data, time and cost.
- Approve
Require authorization for external or irreversible actions.
- Observe
Review failures and reconcile accepted records.
- Recover
Preserve a tested rollback and legitimate data.
Controls must be verified for each implementation; this is not a certification.
28 September 2026 — primary website published
The AkeelOS website was brought online at its primary domain. The publication includes business information, contact and discovery forms, RestaurantOS information and an early deterministic Advisor. It does not announce general RestaurantOS availability, a public trial, an active remote AI provider or a live ClinicOS product.
- RestaurantOS remains in private build and pilot preparation.
- ClinicOS remains research and validation work.
- The Advisor's guided business assessment is not an integration proposal or a permission to act.
1 October 2026 — website experience update
The website now includes clearer reading styles, workflow previews, a veterinary Clinics research page and a guided local assessment. This does not make a restaurant integration or clinical product generally available. Remote AI and outbound messaging remain off.
- Local implementation is not the same as staging verification or production verification.
- External providers, paid resources and database writes require explicit authorization.
- No release note implies that every roadmap item is complete.
What a future release note should tell you
A useful release note names the change, its availability, a material limitation and any user action required. If an issue affects an important workflow, the note should describe the safe alternative without disclosing private system information. We do not use this page as an unmonitored service-status feed.
